Nathan attended the University of Northern Colorado, and attended law school at Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Nathan has practiced law in Colorado since 2010 and established the Godsey Law Office, LLC in 2013 to serve the unique legal needs of the Northern Weld County communities.
Nathan enjoys working with a broad range of clients, from large organizations to individuals with the most basic legal needs. Nathan has experience with estate planning and administration, elder law, family law, business law, contracts, library law, municipal law, creditor negotiations, and a growing litigation portfolio.
Nathan is a Colorado native who lives in Eaton, Colorado with his wife, Elizabeth, and their five children. Nathan particularly enjoys assisting individuals and families in his community. His hobbies include playing guitar, gardening, and spending time with his wife and beautiful children.
